What is the payment plan?
- PBC documentation request.
- Reservation: €3,000 + 10% VAT = €3,300.
- Contract signing: 10% + VAT of the total (minus the €3,300 reservation).
- 10% deferred, spread over approximately 18 instalments during construction.
- Remaining 80% on delivery or mortgage financing (Q3 2028).
